How Do I Order?

Navigate the shop MumuToys by using the filters (category of product toys, age, etc.). Add the desired products into the cart. After you have added the desired products into the cart, we shall ask you some personal details:

  • Invoicing address Natural person or legal entity (to enable us to issue the invoice)
  • Package delivery address.You may choose it be the same as the invoicing address or you may fill in a new one
  • Payment modality Cash on Delivery or by Card

The final cost of transport will be calculated depending on the selected products, the delivery address and the payment modality. If you created an account on our site, then the invoicing address and the delivery address will be stored in your account and you will not have to fill them in each time. You may also specify if you want a certain time range for delivery.
After you have placed the order you will receive an order registration e-mail containing the order data and the invoice / proforma invoice if applicable, and then the products will be collected and prepared for delivery. After the package is completed you will receive an e-mail with its AWB from us or directly from the courier. If there are various situations with certain products included in your order, you will be contacted by phone or by e-mail.

Checking your order status
To check your order status please see the courier’ site taking into account the AWB received by e-mail.

Payment Modalities

  • Cash on delivery. The payment is made cash on delivery to the courier delivering the toys. The payment amount is that displayed in the last step of the order, without additional fees.
  • Online by bank card (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro).The online shop MumuToys uses the services PayPal for online transactions.
  • The online payment may be made by personal card or by the company’s card in full safety conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the logos: VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they contain the code CVV2/CVC2). The payment is based on a secured system of online transaction processing which offers secrecy, safety and simplicity for the purchase of products and services through Internet. The processing of card data is made exclusively by means of the bank, our shop does not require and does not store any details related to your card.
    MumuToys does not levy any fee for payments made by bank card. With the payment by card you can save from the cost for cash on delivery.
  • For online payment with your shopping card, choose “Payment by Banking Card" as payment method. After entering the card number on the payment processor page, the system automatically will detect if it is a floating rate card at one of the banks that mumutoys.com agrees to and will display a list from which you can choose the rate you prefer. (maximum 6).

  • If a delivered order fails to contain all the products selected, the customer will be notified, and the products not delivered can be delivered without additional costs.
    In case of the contract rescission or termination, if applicable, we shall reimburse all the amounts paid by the consumer based on the contract and within maximum 14 working days since the date when the consumer notified his/her decision to terminate the contract.

Transport Cost

For orders lower than 45 EUR, the shipping charge is 4.5 EUR on Romania territory, will be shown on your bill and will be paid on delivery. For orders outside Romanian territory please contact us at contact@mumutoys.com. Orders that exceed the value of 45 EUR will benefit from FREE TRANSPORT on Romanian territory.

Order Delivery

The delivery is made within 2-4 working days to any part of the country, from the time of the order confirmation. An order submitted on Friday morning will be delivered as from the next week. You may request the delivery on Saturday in the comment field available in the last step of the order.

Product Return

According to the laws in force O.U.G. 34/2014, the purchase waiver applies only to natural person customers. Thus, the customer is entitled to notify the trader in writing that he/she waive the purchase, without penalties and without mentioning any reason, within 30 days since the product receipt. The purchase waiver within 30 days may apply only to orders delivered by courier. The returned products must be in the same condition as delivered.
The return expenses will be incurred by the customer and the product equivalent value will be reimbursed within maximum 14 working days since the date of receipt by MumuToys of the product(s) from the consumer. If the products are returned in a condition which does not allow their sale as new, we reserve the right to require a decrease of the product value in order to reinstate it to its initial condition (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulted from the sale as second-hand products or, at the customer’s discretion, we shall re-dispatch him/her the same products, on his/her account. If the product is taken over by MumuToys, the amount will be returned within 14 working days since the receipt of the waiver notice, into a bank account whose data is to be made available by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without mentioning the reasons, within 30 days. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days as from the date when you or a third party assigned by you, other than the transporter, take physical possession of products.

1. in case of a contract for multiple goods ordered by the consumer in a single order and delivered separately, when you or a third party assigned by you, other than the transporter, take physical possession of the last product.

2. in case of a contract for the delivery of a product consisting in several lots or parts, when you or a third party assigned by you, other than the transporter, take physical possession of the last lot or of the last part.

For you to exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform the Customer Service department by using the contact form on your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unambiguous statement by e-mail.
In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the notice on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse any amount received from you, except for the additional costs caused by your selection of another delivery modality than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us, without unjustified delays and, however, within 14 days since the date when we are notified on your decision to withdraw from this contract. We can postpone the reimbursement up to the date when we receive the products back. The amount will be reimbursed into a bank account whose data is to be made available by the customer.
If the consumer accepted products related to the contract, dispatch the products or forward them directly to MumuToys by contacting the Customer Service department using the contact form (which shows all dispatch steps in detail), without unjustified delays and, however, within maximum 30 days since the date when you notified us your withdrawal.
The term is met if the products are sent back before the expiry of 30-day period. The returned product must be in the same condition as delivered. The return expenses will be incurred by the customer and the product equivalent value will be reimbursed within maximum 14 working days since the return. You are liable only for the decrease of the product value resulting from handling, other than those necessary to determine the product nature, qualities and operation.

Product Guarantee

All products traded by our site are provided with guarantee conditions according to the laws in force (O.G. 449/2003 on the sale of products and their guarantees) and the trade policies of manufacturers. The products are new, in their original packings and originate from sources certified by each and every manufacturer. The guarantee will be granted for long-term use products, subject to the compliance with the validity conditions of the guarantee.
